Supplied: FSC 531 Fibre Our newest product FSC 531 Fibre Reinforced Levelling Compound was the product of choice for this project.
Using our Mobile Mix truck, it was supplied to Carl Buxton at Buxton Flow Screeds, and expertly installed within 3 hours.
Weight saving properties – FSC is only 1.7 ton compared to standard liquid screeds.
Using a low profile UFH system, the 531 Fibre allowed meant the contractor could go 15mm above pipe meaning lower depths were achieved.
Using the new Mix Mobile Truck, 20.7t was poured in under 3 hours. Using a traditional 25kg bagged system this would have taken up to 4 days.
Delivery via the truck eliminated the need to lift and store pallets on site, and less dust on site
reduced H & S hazards.
The simplified application process made the installation less labour intensive, gave consistent quality and saved the customer time and money.
