We strive to adopt sustainability methods in every area of our business. We know that sustainability is more than just a business metric. That’s why we are passionate about creating processes and products that do not harm our surrounding environments and communities.

Sustainable Products

Sustainability is baked into every product on offer at Cemfloor. Compared to traditional screeds, Cemfloor can offer on average a CO2 reduction of up to 65%.

The reduced cement content that is used to produce the Cemfloor range alleviates the dependency on fossil fuels during manufacture. Not only that, but Cemfloor can also be installed at much shallower depths, further decreasing CO2 emissions.

Sustainable Business

We are certified to ISO 14001 as well as a myriad of other legal regulations. We carry out regular internal environmental audits and strive to continually improve our work methods in order to reduce the impact our business has on the environment.

We are also working towards several certification bodies including BREEAM, Product Life Cycle and EPD (Environmental Product Declaration).

Sulphur Content of Heavy Fuel Oil, Gas Oil, and Marine Fuels Regulations 2008, (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and European Communities Act, 1972 (Environmental Specifications for Petrol, Diesel Fuels and Gas Oils for use by non-road mobile machinery, including inland waterway vessels, agricultural and forestry tractors, and recreational craft) Regulations 2011 and (Amendment) Regulations 2012
