Fully Tested Quality Floor Screed

With Cemfloor you are provided with a consistently high-quality product on each and every installation. Testing is carried out at each stage of the production process to ensure full compliance with BS EN 13813 standards. Each one of our screed mix designs is tested for flowability, compressive strength, flexural strength and drying shrinkage rates. After each initial test in our in-house laboratory, a full-scale trial is carried out at the distributor mixing plant to ensure Cemfloor is produced correctly each and every time. To further ensure Cemfloor is produced at the highest quality, Cemfloor is only permitted to be produced in mixing plants which have obtained an ISO 9001 accreditation.

Quality Installation Through Quality Training

To maintain quality service, all of our screed applicators undergo fully compliant training programmes designed and carried out in-house to ensure Cemfloor is always installed to the manufacturer’s specifications. Cemfloor can only be installed by screed applicators who have completed the programme and are registered AA-approved Cemfloor installers.

Compatibility Assured Liquid Floor Screed

Whether your project is a commercial or domestic floor or even contains underfloor heating, you can be assured that Cemfloor is compatible with all floor coverings and adhesives. To do this, various testing programs have been carried out to ensure full compliance with most Tile Adhesives, Carpet Adhesives, Timber Adhesives, DPMs, Resins and Vinyl.
