Cemfloor Level Plus was used in a project involving the renovation of a 5-story building.

The buildings existing floor was completely removed to allow for an increase in ceiling height, which necessitated the installation of
service trenches for wiring.

Cemfloor Level Plus was poured to a depth ranging from 12mm to 60mm above the services, providing a viable floor solution to accommodate the required ceiling room. Additionally a 3mm latex layer will be applied, followed by a 2.5mm vinyl layer.

The screed was chosen for its many benefits, including its cost effectiveness and ease of installation which meant that there were significant
savings across all 5 floors when it came to time and labour.

As Cemfloor Level Plus is a ready mixed solution it removed the need for any site mixing, material storage and material disposal from the site. The product was supplied by Capital Concrete and installed by SAS Screeding.
