Job Opportunity: Technical Sales Representative – UK Based

Due to our continued expansion we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and ambitious Technical Sales Rep to join the Cemfloor Team. This is a field-based role suited to a highly motivated and focused candidate. Working for a long-established family firm, our ideal candidate will act as the point of contact for existing and prospective clients, working with them to develop and expand our growing Cemfloor business in the UK.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and build strong relationships with our current Channel Partners and Screeders
  • Achieve pre-agreed Sales Targets for Cemfloor through sourcing and fostering new and existing business opportunities and associations
  • Have a strong understanding of our products to provide technical support, information and guidance based on customer requirements
  • Ability to work on technical specifications, present CPD’s, attend tradeshows and other sales related activities associated with the industry
  • Maintain accurate records in Cemfloor CRM system regarding business development activities, inbound leads, potential prospects.
  • Overall management of uk plant start up’s and screeder assistance in co-junction with rest of technical /sales team.

Qualifications / Key Skills

  • Experience with Screeds / Self Compacting Concrete/ Concrete Technology with 5 years plus experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience of on-site technical support
  • Ability to do plant start up and familiar with concrete batching plants
  • Strong presentation and communication skills and Looks to solve problems and find solutions
  • Has experience in the specification sales process
  • Team player who can build strong relationships with different kinds of people
  • Highly motivated with customer focused outlook
  • IT proficient in Microsoft Windows (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM packages.
  • Well organised and detail orientated, including action planning and time management
  • Full clean driving licence

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary commensurate with experience and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, exciting and expanding business.

Salary structure will consist of a base salary including a company car plus commissions based on the achievement of sales targets.
