The Jacobean-style property, built between1828 & 1831and designed by renowned architect Anthony Salvin, is being turned into homes set in 10 acres of private parkland overlooking the River Ouse.
Originally commissioned for the High Sheriff of Yorkshire, the family still owned the estate into the 20th century.
The first completed phase of the stately home's renovation is seven homes and apartments.
